Most products may be returned or exchanged within 30
days of the product's shipping date.

International orders may be exchanged only when
defective.

All returns must first be authorized by calling 1-800-592-9653
•
Items must be unopened, in original packaging, sealed
if applicable and may be subject to a 20% restocking
fee.

Please allow approximately 10 business days for your
return to be processed.

Items must be in original packaging, in as-new
condition with the packing slip, all warranty cards,
manuals and accessories. All assembled products must be disassembled
in original packaging.

theWolfeclinic.com reserves the right to refuse an
RMA or to issue only one RMA per returned product. Depending
on the type of RMA, theWolfeclinic.com might or might
not pay shipping on the RMA. theWolfeclinic.com does
not pay shipping on replacement RMAs in the unlikely
case that a replacement RMA is issued.
