This policy is a promotion intended for The Wolfe Clinic subscribers and does not constitute either an acknowledgement of liability in the event of a failure on the part of a Wolfe Clinic product/service nor is it an acknowledgement of any responsibility whatsoever on the part of Wolfe Clinic other than expressly stated herein.

YOUR MEMBERSHIP ACCOUNT
