Below are some of the rules of The Wolfe Clinic Network.

Violation of any of these rules will result in immediate withdrawal from our affiliate program.

Participation

1. The following are examples of the type of sites that are not allowed to participate in our network: adult sites containing or linking pornographic or offensive material, software trading (warez) sites, hacking/phreaking sites, illegal music sites such as mp3 sites, libelous or defamatory sites, sites containing or linking to software piracy, non-English language sites and sites with any illegal activity whatsoever.
2. Company/Individual may not artificially inflate traffic counts, submit fake registrations to advertiser site(s) using any device, program, robot. Ad links or graphics may not be placed in newsgroups, nor sent through unsolicited e-mail.

Payments

1. The Wolfe Clinic Network pays our affiliates on a months basis within 90 days from the end of the designated month.
2. A minimum of at least $15.00 must have accrued in your account before a check will be issued to you. Amounts equaling less than $15.00 will be "rolled over" and will be added to the gross revenue generated in the next month. When your account reaches $15.00, we will send you a check.

Account Terms, Conditions and Cancellation

All affiliations are governed by our Affiliation Agreement. By providing links to our sites or running our banner advertisements you are verifying that you agree with and comply with the Affiliation Agreement. Please read and be familiar with these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to cancel any account that violates any of our Affiliation Agreement.

The Wolfe Clinic Network Affiliation Agreement

The Wolfe Clinic Network will pay to the Affiliate 10% of products sales that are a direct result of click throughs from his web sites. The Wolfe Clinic Network will also pay $25.00 for referrals that result in a paid consultation for The Wolfe Clinic Network. (The referred client must state that they were referred by the affiliate and provide the affiliates number.) This may be changed by The Wolfe Clinic Network with 90 day notice.

For the purposes of this Agreement, Your acceptance of an Affiliate Network Application shall in all cases be evidenced by an e-mail clearly communicating Company's acceptance. The e-mail shall be sent to The Wolfe Clinic. If an Acceptance E-mail is not sent or the Affiliate does not begin participation in the Company Network in a timely manner upon receipt of an Acceptance E-mail, then this Agreement shall be of no force and effect, and Company shall have no obligation to Affiliate hereunder.

The Wolfe Clinic Networks may provide at its discretion banner advertisements to the affiliate for placement on his website.

Rules and Regulations

The following Rules and Regulations shall be followed at all times:
Affiliate sites are subject to review and may be rejected for any reason by The Wolfe Clinic Network. The following are examples of the types of sites that will not be accepted: adult sites containing pornographic or offensive material; sites engaged in the piracy of copyrighted, trademarked, or patented material; software trading (warez) sites; hacking/phreaking sites; libelous or defamatory sites; sites containing software piracy; and sites with any illegal activity whatsoever. The examples are meant to be illustrative only and under no circumstances shall be construed as an exhaustive list.

Company will only pay for actual sales. Upon payment for the sale The Wolfe Clinic Network shall have no further obligation to Affiliate.

Affiliate must not: (i) incentivize offers or create the appearance to incentivize offers (ii) place statements near the Advertisements requesting that Users "click" on the Advertisement (i.e., "Please "click here") or "visit" the sponsor (i.e., "Please visit our sponsor."); (iii) place misleading statements near the Advertisement (i.e., "You will win $5,000."); (iv) copy The Wolfe Clinic Network’s ads and display them from Affiliate's site directly; (v) change any Advertisement in any way without The Wolfe Clinic Network’s prior express written permission; (vi) use any name other than Affiliate's in the "from" box when sending an e-mail to a consumer; (vii) replace or modify Affiliate tracking codes.

All Click-Throughs must: (i) go through Affiliate's unique gateway; (ii) be recorded by The Wolfe Clinic Network’s server; (iii) be non-incentivized.

The Wolfe Clinic Network will periodically review Affiliate's Web site(s) in order to determine whether or not the Affiliate or Click-Throughs are violating any of these terms. If, in its reasonable discretion, Company deems that Affiliate or Click-Throughs are violating any of the terms of this Agreement, such violation will result in the immediate withdrawal from our affiliate program.

If the Affiliate conducts e-mail campaigns to its users which include any reference to The Wolfe Clinic, it’s programs or products, the Affiliate must, if requested, be able to supply the name, date, time and IP address where the consumer signed-up and/or gave permission to the Affiliate to conduct such e-mail campaign. Affiliate is solely responsible for all consumer complaints relating to e-mail campaigns conducted by Affiliate. Affiliate will respond to all consumer complaints in a timely fashion and shall immediately remove any person from its database who makes such request for removal. In addition, all e-mail must contain a functioning unsubscribe link which, when activated by a user, actually and permanently removes the user's e-mail address from the publisher's database.

ALL E-MAIL CAMPAIGNS MUST ONLY BE CONDUCTED TO PERSONS WHO HAVE GIVEN PRIOR PERMISSION!
